Sautéed garlic-marinated chicken breast and plump shrimp tossed with zesty tomato-basil salsa. Served with onions and peppers and our Cheddar cheese mashed potatoes on a sizzling platter of melted Colby and Jack cheeses.

A sizzling skillet of onions and peppers together with garlic-marinated chicken breast over melted Colby and Jack cheeses. Served with our Cheddar cheese mashed potatoes.

Dragonfire Chicken

A plump, juicy, fire-grilled chicken breast is glazed with a fiery chili-garlic sauce then served over savory rice, pineapple pico de gallo, Mandarin oranges and steaming broccoli in Cilantro-lime dressing.

Chicken Fingers

Hand-battered chicken tenders, golden-fried and served with crispy fries. Honey Mustard dressing for dipping.

Key West Shrimp new

Two skewers of plump shrimp are dusted with Cajun spices, then fire-grilled and seasoned with a zesty lime splash. We serve the shrimp with steaming broccoli florets.

Fish & Chips

Three portions of Pacific Dory fish filets battered and fried to golden brown. Served with crispy fries and tartar sauce.

Grilled Salmon

Chargrilled North Atlantic salmon filet served with seasonal vegetables and Cheddar cheese mashed potatoes.

Honey Pecan Salmon

We top a fire-grilled, cedar smoke seasoned 7 oz. salmon filet with pecan honey butter then add a spoonful of glazed pecans and serve it with savory rice and vegetables.

Friday's Shrimp

A dozen, tail-on, battered and butterflied shrimp, deep-fried until they're golden brown and crispy. Then we serve them on top of crispy fries, with tangy cocktail sauce.
